ONCE YOU BOARD OUR WELDCRAFT 280 CUDDY KING YOU WILL QUICKLY NOTICE THIS IS A SERIOUS FISHING MACHINE. IT IS LOADED WITH TOP OF THE LINE ELECTRONICS AND FISHING GEAR. IT OFFERS PLENTY OF ROOM TO FISH AS WELL AS ENOUGH ROOM TO TAKE A BREAK, RELAX OUT OF THE WEATHER AND ENJOY THE SIGHTS. FOR YOUR COMFORT OUR BOAT IS EQUIPPED WITH A FRIDGE, STOVE, FURNACE MARINE HEAD (WASHROOM).
OUR BOAT IS TRANSPORT CANADA APPROVED AND LOADED WITH ALL OF THE NECESSARY SAFETY EQUIPMENT TO KEEP OUR GUESTS SAFE ON THE WATER.
PRINCE RUPERT FISHING CHARTERS DEPART FROM THE DOCK AT RUSHBROOK FLOATS, IN PRINCE RUPERT YOU WILL BE CAPTIVATED BY THE
BEAUTIFUL AND UNIQUE SURROUNDINGS FOUND ALONG BRITISH COLUMBIA’S NORTH COAST.
JUST A SHORT CRUISE AND WE STOP TO SET OUR CRAB TRAPS WITH HOPES OF CATCHING A FEAST ON OUR WAY BACK. WE THEN TRAVEL ABOUT 30-60 MINUTES TO THE FISHING GROUNDS WHERE WE START FISHING FOR OUR SALMON LIMIT AND THEN MOVE ON TO HALIBUT AND OTHER BOTTOM FISH. AFTER A DAY OF FISHING (8-10 HOURS) WE HEAD BACK TO HAUL IN OUR CATCH OF CRAB AND CONTINUE ON TO THE DOCK WHERE YOUR ENTIRE CATCH WILL BE CLEANED AND FILLETED BY YOUR CAPTAIN. FURTHER PROCESSING FACILITIES FOR YOUR FISH CAN BE FOUND JUST AROUND THE CORNER AT DOLLY’S FISH MARKET, WHICH OFFERS
FISHERMEN EVERYTHING FROM FREEZING, SMOKING AND THE PACKAGING OF YOUR CATCH.

David Payjack
David is the founder, owner and operator of Sea West Fishing Charters since 2008. Starting out with a one boat operation he has now grown this business to a fleet of 3 boats. If your looking for David you can find him taking care of the everyday operation, maintaining the fleet, greeting clients, guiding on the water and supporting our team. David takes pride in offering his clients the best fishing experience possible and encourages feed back from all our guests. On the water is David’s favorite place to be and the fish have no chance, he knows all the secret spots!
Rich Payjack
Richard has been guiding for Sea West Fishing Charters since 2015. Richard is David’s younger brother and getting both brothers out on the water on the same day brings out the competition. Richard will keep your fishing rods bent all day long! When not fishing you can find Rich mushroom picking, hunting or down hill mountain biking. Mr Outdoors has a big passion for adventure and he will do everything he can to ensure you enjoy your time out on your ocean adventure.
